The timeline depends on the volume of data and the complexity of the project. In most cases, migration takes from a few hours to one business day. For large projects with high data volumes or non-standard configurations, timelines are agreed individually.

We plan the migration to keep downtime to a minimum. First, the project is fully deployed on the new ServerPlus infrastructure and checked for correct operation, then DNS records are switched over smoothly. In most cases, the switchover is virtually unnoticeable to users.

Your domain is preserved in full. The IP address will change, since the project will be hosted on new ServerPlus infrastructure. After the migration is complete, DNS records will need to be updated — our specialists will tell you exactly which records to change and how to do it correctly.

Yes. Backups of all data are created before the migration begins. The transfer is carried out over secure channels, and ServerPlus specialists oversee the process at every stage. The source server remains untouched until the migration is confirmed successful.
